1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AMBS Network website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
AMBS Network provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, social media marketing, website design, branding, and content marketing. All services are subject to separate service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media accounts, website hosting). Delays caused by client may affect project timelines.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required for all one-time projects
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
5. Intellectual Property
- All deliverables (designs, content, strategies) remain the property of AMBS Network until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, client owns final deliverables
- AMBS Network reserves the right to showcase work in portfolio
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. AMBS Network will not share client data with third parties except as required to deliver services.
7. Limitation of Liability
AMBS Network provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific results (e.g., page 1 rankings, specific ROI). Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days' written notice. One-time projects are non-cancellable once work has started.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMBS Network operates.
10. Changes to Terms
AMBS Network reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of material changes.
